Use this page to:
- identify a charge;
- cancel a subscription;
- request withdrawal or refund review;
- report an unauthorised, duplicate or incorrect charge;
- obtain a receipt;
- resolve paid-access problems.
Provide your account email, transaction date, amount, currency and provider transaction reference. Do not send a full card number, CVV, password, ID image or intimate content by email.
The transaction receipt identifies whether Segpay or CCBill processed the payment and provides the applicable provider support route. Segpay transactions must link to https://cs.segpay.com where required by the approved merchant configuration. CCBill cancellation and support routes must remain available for active recurring transactions.
RedPatron acknowledges billing requests and prioritises unauthorised-charge and access-failure reports. Cancellation confirmation and refund decisions are provided on a durable medium.
