The creator appoints the business only for the selected functions and retains direct access to their account, agreements, earnings ledger and complaint route. The business may not accept creator-specific agreements, performer releases or upload declarations in another person’s name; substitute payout beneficiaries without verification; conceal beneficial ownership; or prevent the creator from revoking access.

The business warrants that its representatives are authorised, that it complies with employment, agency, tax, performer, privacy and recordkeeping duties, and that it will provide records on lawful request. RedPatron may suspend delegated access without disabling the creator’s personal safety access.
