18+ & Age-Assurance Policy

RedPatron is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. Registration requires an affirmative age declaration. Access to NSFW content additionally follows the strictest applicable rule for registered country, declared residence, current access location, payment-provider requirements and documented risk.

Country modes

• blocked: NSFW access is unavailable;
• declaration_only: Adult terms and an affirmative 18+ declaration are required;
• age_estimation: an approved privacy-preserving estimate is required, with verification fallback for an inconclusive result;
• age_verification: an approved external proof of being at least 18 is required.

Google, Apple or another social login is not itself age proof. It may be used only if it supplies a purpose-built signed age credential approved for the relevant country.

We store the minimum result needed: method, status, provider reference, rule/country version, date and expiry. We aim not to receive raw IDs or biometric templates. A country, provider or risk change may require renewed assurance and temporarily suspend NSFW access.

All creators and every depicted person require full identity and adult verification regardless of the fan mode. Payment cards are never described or used as mere age verification unless a legally and provider-approved age-assurance method expressly requires it.

Appeals and accessibility alternatives are available through support@redpatrons.de. Attempts to evade age controls may terminate access.
