Payment & Subscription Terms

These Terms supplement the general Terms whenever you purchase a subscription, one-time unlock, download, livestream ticket, paid message or tip.

Checkout information

Before the payment button, RedPatron displays the creator/product, material features, total price including applicable taxes and disclosed fees, currency, immediate access, billing interval, trial if any, renewal, minimum duration, cancellation and withdrawal treatment. The payment button clearly indicates an obligation to pay.

Transactions may use Segpay or CCBill. The actual provider, approved merchant/storefront and full billing descriptor are shown before payment. The anticipated descriptor is RedPatron.com. Provider-hosted card fields process card data; RedPatron does not intentionally receive PAN or CVV.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew at the displayed price and interval until cancelled. Price or material-service changes receive legally required notice and consent. Cancellation is available through RedPatron account billing and the applicable provider route. Access normally continues until the paid period ends unless refunded, charged back, unlawful or unsafe.

One-time purchases and downloads

An unlock grants personal access to the identified content. Download permission exists only where the creator and depicted persons authorised downloads and the feature is displayed. A download does not transfer ownership or permit redistribution.

Tips and messages

Tips are voluntary and must not be used to buy prohibited content, guarantee a response, control consent or arrange off-platform physical sexual services. Paid messages must identify the promised digital content or access.

Livestreams

The checkout states scheduled time, access period and refund treatment for cancellation or technical failure. Tips during a stream do not oblige a creator to perform any act.

Authentication, fraud and currency

We or the provider may use SCA/3-D Secure, fraud checks and location controls. Charges in EUR or USD may be converted by your issuer, which may charge its own fees. Taxes and final settlement currency are shown where required.

Receipts and provider events

We send or make available a durable confirmation containing the contract and payment terms. Provider-confirmed cancellation, refund, reversal or chargeback updates platform access and the ledger. Duplicate callbacks do not create duplicate charges or entitlements.

Subscription changes and interrupted access (version 2)

Free-to-paid conversion is never automatic. Price increases require explicit consent for the next renewal; absent consent the subscription does not renew. Price decreases take effect automatically on the next renewal. An expressly selected immediate upgrade is charged at the full displayed price, starts a new full billing period only after confirmed payment settlement and carries no proration or unused-period credit, subject to mandatory law.

Cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves paid access through the current period. Vacation pauses future renewals and requires fresh fan consent after the Creator returns; no retroactive charge is made. Account suspension, Creator downgrade, deactivation or deletion stop future charges. Previously lawful Creator content remains available to an entitled paid subscriber until period end in those cases. Creator suspension or removal of illegal content blocks access immediately. These operational rules do not remove any mandatory consumer remedy, refund, reversal or chargeback right. Billing support: support@redpatrons.com.
