How loyaly protects creators, performers and fans — and what we do not promise.
Age & identity verification
Creators must pass identity and 18+ age verification before they can publish or earn. Fans must pass the required age checks before any age-restricted content is shown.
Consent & performer releases
Every depicted performer in adult content must be verified with a signed, unrevoked release. Publishing stays blocked until that consent chain is complete — this is enforced on the server, not just in the interface.
Moderation before publication
Uploads run through automated safety scans and human review before anything can go live. Nothing paid or adult is public until it has been reviewed.
Reporting & takedowns
Report and block controls are reachable from every profile, post, message and purchase. Reports are triaged by a dedicated Trust & Safety team with an appeals path.
Privacy by design
Fans are never publicly outed by purchases, memberships, likes or follows. Notifications can omit creator names and previews, and public surfaces stay safe for work.
Discreet billing
Billing is designed to be discreet. Payment details are handled by the payment provider — loyaly does not store your card data.
We are direct about limits: loyaly does not promise end-to-end encryption of content, and no online platform can guarantee absolute safety. What we can promise is verification, consent enforcement, human moderation and a real reporting path.
Signed-in users can report content and creators from any profile or post.
