18 U.S.C. §§ 2257–2257A Record-Keeping Statement

RedPatron requires every creator and every person depicted in sexually explicit content to be verified as at least 18 and linked to identity and consent records before publication. Creators remain responsible for maintaining records required of them as a producer under applicable law and for providing accurate custodian information where legally required.

To the extent SC EuroClothing SRL is treated as a producer or secondary producer subject to 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257–2257A or implementing regulations, applicable records must be maintained by a formally appointed Records Custodian at the exact address and during the inspection hours published here. No US publication of content within the recordkeeping scope is permitted until the custodian’s full legal name/title, records address and required inspection information have replaced this sentence and counsel has approved the record system. Access is limited to authorised personnel and lawful inspectors.

This statement does not expand the statute’s territorial reach or represent that every hosted item falls within it. Content exempt from the recordkeeping provisions remains subject to RedPatron’s independent 18+, identity, consent and safety rules.
