Accessibility Statement

SC EuroClothing SRL aims to make RedPatron perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for users with disabilities. The production service must target WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the applicable requirements implementing Directive (EU) 2019/882.

The service must support keyboard-only use, visible focus, semantic headings and landmarks, labelled controls, text alternatives, captions where supplied or required, sufficient contrast, zoom/reflow, understandable errors, accessible authentication and payment, and reduced-motion preferences. Age assurance, reporting, cancellation, consent and complaint functions must be accessible without relying on a single sensory characteristic.

Current conformance status

NOT YET ASSESSED. RedPatron must not claim conformance until an accessibility audit covers public pages, registration, age assurance, creator onboarding, upload, media player, messaging, checkout, cancellation, reporting and support on desktop and mobile. Known failures, workarounds and remediation dates must then be published here.

Report an accessibility problem to support@redpatrons.de with the page, issue, device and assistive technology. We will acknowledge the report and provide an accessible alternative where reasonably possible.

Any claimed microenterprise exemption must be documented by counsel against the Romanian implementation and current company size; it does not disable the accessibility release gate for safety-critical and consumer flows.
