Adult Creator Addendum

This Addendum applies to every creator who submits NSFW or sexually explicit content and forms part of the Creator Agreement.

1. You and every depicted person must be at least 18, individually verified and capable of consenting at the time of creation and publication.
2. Each depicted person must sign a content-specific or clearly applicable release covering recording, acts depicted, publication, paid access, territories and downloads where enabled.
3. Consent must be voluntary, informed and revocable to the extent provided by the release and applicable law. Intoxicated, unconscious, sleeping, coerced or otherwise incapable persons may not appear.
4. You must label NSFW content accurately and identify all depicted persons. Hidden participants, unverified collaborators and face-swapped real persons are prohibited.
5. You may not publish or promote any prohibited category in the Content Policy, including age-play, non-consent themes, trafficking, prostitution, incest themes, bestiality, extreme violence, scat, prohibited bodily excretions, drugs, weapons or unlicensed real-person simulations.
6. Adult previews may not be sent to CCBill-hosted payment pages. Checkout assets must remain non-explicit and provider-approved.
7. Downloads require an explicit release permission. Livestreams require feature approval, verified live participants, monitoring and immediate termination controls.
8. Suspected CSAM, minor involvement, missing consent, coercion, trafficking or immediate danger triggers immediate blocking, evidence protection, payout hold and legally required escalation.
9. A disputed consent record keeps all affected content blocked until resolved. Reinstatement is never automatic.
10. You must assist with lawful recordkeeping and provider audits. Failure, falsification or evasion may result in permanent termination and re-registration controls.

The stricter rule controls where this Addendum, the Content Policy, a country rule or a payment-provider rule differs.
