Business User Fairness & Transparency Disclosure

The published disclosure for qualifying business users.

Effective date: 4 August 2026
Document version: 1.0

This disclosure supplements the Creator Agreement for creators who are business users under Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 where that Regulation applies.

Ranking and discoverability

The main parameters are: viewer-selected filters; subscription/follow relationship; recency; content and language compatibility; verified country availability; engagement quality; report and safety history; content completeness; and user blocks or mutes. Safety, legality, age access and provider restrictions override other factors. Payment to RedPatron does not secretly buy organic ranking. Any paid placement must be labelled and its effect explained.

Creators cannot pay to influence moderation or safety review. Personalised recommendations and chronological/non-profiled alternatives are identified in the interface where legally required.

Data access

Creators can access their profile, published assets, pricing, transaction ledger, payout status, subscriptions and aggregate performance data. Creators do not receive fan payment credentials, identity documents, private reports, other creators’ data, protected fraud signals or information whose disclosure would endanger safety, privacy, trade secrets or investigations. Following termination, an export remains available for 30 days unless a legal hold or security restriction requires another method.

RedPatron and its providers access data as described in the Privacy Policy and use aggregated or de-identified service data for security, reporting and product improvement. RedPatron does not sell creator content to third parties.

Terms changes

Proposed changes are provided on a durable medium at least 15 days before they take effect. A longer period is used where technical or commercial adaptation reasonably requires it. The notice period may be waived where RedPatron must address an unforeseen and imminent danger, fraud, malware, spam, data breach or a legal/regulatory obligation that prevents notice. Continued use after the effective date has the meaning permitted by law; renewed affirmative acceptance is requested where required.

Restriction and termination

Restrictions and suspensions receive a statement of reasons before or when they take effect unless law, safety or a lawful investigation prevents it. Full termination receives a statement of reasons at least 30 days before effectiveness, except where a legal or regulatory duty, imperative reason, repeated breach, fraud or immediate safety risk permits shorter or immediate action. Appeals remain available.

Internal complaints and mediation

Business users may complain free of charge through /appeal or legal@redpatrons.de about platform decisions, technical issues, measures or conduct. Complaints are tracked, assessed by trained staff and reported in aggregate where required.

The following mediators will be inserted only after written appointment and confirmation of jurisdiction, independence, language, availability and cost allocation: MEDIATOR APPOINTMENT REQUIRED BEFORE RELIANCE ON THIS CLAUSE. Until two mediators are appointed where legally required, creator onboarding in the affected EEA market is blocked. Court and regulatory remedies are unaffected.
