Complaints & Content Removal Policy

How RedPatron receives, prioritises and decides content complaints.

Effective date: 4 August 2026
Document version: 1.0

Anyone may report content without creating an account. Use /report and identify the exact URL or content reference, reason, supporting information, contact details and a good-faith declaration.

Priority cases

Reports concerning a possible minor, missing consent, trafficking, coercion, exploitation or immediate danger are provisionally blocked immediately and placed in the highest-priority safety queue. Blocking covers originals, thumbnails, transcodes, downloads, embeds, direct links, search, feeds, messages and caches. Related creator payouts may be placed on compliance hold.

For a valid request covered by the US TAKE IT DOWN Act, RedPatron removes the reported non-consensual intimate visual depiction, including a covered digital forgery, and makes reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after receiving the valid request. The process is available to depicted persons and authorised representatives without an account and provides a trackable case number and outcome.

Other complaints

We acknowledge receipt and assign a case number. Ordinary complaints are investigated and answered with a reasoned outcome normally within five business days or escalated where additional legal or factual review is necessary. Trusted-flagger notices receive legally required priority.

Decisions

Possible measures include no action, age restriction, correction, quarantine, removal, demonetisation, account restriction, termination, evidence preservation and authorised external escalation. We disclose only information that may lawfully be shared. We may withhold advance notice where it could endanger a person, investigation or evidence.

Depicted-person removal

An identifiable depicted person may request removal and challenge the scope or validity of consent. Content remains blocked while a credible consent dispute is unresolved. The person receives information about review and available appeal or independent dispute resolution.

Misuse

Good-faith reporting is protected. Repeated manifestly unfounded notices may lead to a warning and proportionate restriction after individual review. This does not discourage safety, privacy or rights reports.
