Consent & Co-Performer Policy

Every identifiable person appearing in content must be at least 18, identity-verified and associated with a valid consent record before upload approval. This applies to creators, guests, background participants and livestream participants. Studios and agencies cannot verify on a person’s behalf.

Required record

The record must identify the participant and creator, relevant content or clearly defined production set, date, and consent to:

• recording;
• the acts and depiction involved;
• publication on RedPatron;
• paid access and promotional use expressly selected;
• territories and duration;
• downloads, only if downloads are offered;
• processing necessary for age, identity, moderation and dispute handling.

Consent must use a versioned document and verifiable electronic signature. Store the verification reference and signed record in restricted compliance storage; do not expose identity documents to creators, fans or ordinary staff.

The mandatory minimum form is the Performer Release & Consent Agreement at /legal/performer-release. A custom form may be used only after Legal confirms in writing that it covers every mandatory field and use. Every upload also requires the separate asset-level declaration at /legal/upload-declaration.

Creator obligations

Creators must list all participants accurately, select the applicable release and disclose edits, composites, face changes or synthetic elements. A release may not be fabricated, backdated, broadly reassigned to unrelated content or obtained from an incapable or coerced person.

Disputes and withdrawal

A depicted person may report missing, exceeded, withdrawn or invalid consent without an account. RedPatron immediately blocks affected content where consent is credibly disputed and keeps it blocked during review. If validity cannot be resolved in favour of the depicted person through the documented process, the independent neutral-review route applies at RedPatron’s expense where required.

Reinstatement requires a documented human decision, complete evidence and any required four-eyes approval. Evidence is retained only for lawful claims, safety and reporting purposes under restricted access and defined retention.
