Content & Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy applies to uploads, livestreams, profiles, messages, comments, searches, tags, URLs, previews, advertisements, affiliate materials and AI-generated or animated material. Attempted requests and coded language are covered as well as completed publication.

Allowed content

Subject to verification, consent, country availability and pre-publication review, RedPatron may allow:

• lawful SFW creator content;
• consensual adult nudity and sexually explicit photos or videos involving verified adults;
• solo, partnered or group adult content where every participant and release is linked;
• lawful adult fetish or roleplay that does not use a prohibited theme or imply incapacity, coercion, minors, injury or illegal conduct;
• creator-controlled messages, tips, downloads and livestreams through enabled platform functions;
• wholly synthetic adult content only where it depicts no real person without permission, cannot reasonably be understood as a minor, is clearly labelled and is permitted by provider and country rules.

Allowed content is not automatically publishable. NSFW content requires successful automated checks and human approval.

Absolutely prohibited

The following are prohibited whether real, implied, staged, roleplayed, animated, illustrated, synthetic, AI-generated, described, requested or promoted:

1. Minors or uncertain age: anyone under 18; youthful or age-play framing; schoolchild, teen, childlike or “barely legal” presentation intended to imply a minor; sexualised childhood imagery; or any person whose adult status is not verified.
2. CSAM and grooming: known or suspected child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sexualised family material involving minors, or links/instructions facilitating access.
3. Non-consent or incapacity: rape, forced sex, coercion, blackmail, sexual assault, revenge porn, hidden-camera content, sleeping, unconscious, hypnotised, drugged, heavily intoxicated or otherwise incapable persons.
4. Trafficking and commercial physical sex: trafficking, exploitation, forced prostitution, escort services, prostitution, paid physical sexual services, in-person sexual meetings for value, or facilitating any of these.
5. Bestiality and non-human sexual acts: sexual activity involving animals or animal abuse, including realistic simulation intended to depict it.
6. Incest themes: biological incest and any content marketed, titled or roleplayed as incest or sexual family relations.
7. Death and extreme harm: necrophilia, death, suicide, snuff, torture, mutilation, extreme violence, visible serious injury, blood-focused sexual content or credible threats.
8. Scat and prohibited excretions: faeces, scat and sexualised presentation of prohibited bodily excretions.
9. Weapons: visible or referenced firearms, knives or other weapons, including replicas, where prohibited by the active provider rules; do not include weapons in Adult content backgrounds, metadata or promotions.
10. Alcohol and drugs: illegal drugs, misuse of medicines, drug paraphernalia, intoxication themes or visible alcohol/drugs in Adult content, backgrounds, titles, tags, comments or promotions where provider rules prohibit them.
11. Hate and terrorism: hate crime, dehumanisation, discriminatory violence, extremist support, terrorist content or recruitment.
12. Identity abuse: deepfakes, face swaps, celebrity fakes, impersonation, leaked intimate material or depiction of a real person without verified permission.
13. Illegal or infringing material: stolen or pirated content, copyright/trademark/privacy violations, fraud, malware, hacking, doxxing or unlawfully obtained personal data.
14. Gambling and prohibited commerce: gambling offers, weapons sales, controlled substances, stolen goods, money laundering, unlicensed financial activity or other prohibited transactions.
15. Circumvention: attempts to bypass age, consent, moderation, geo, payment, download or access controls; altered reuploads of rejected content; or directing users to prohibited off-platform transactions.

Restricted and manual-review content

RedPatron may require enhanced evidence or reject content involving BDSM, restraint, simulated struggle, medical themes, extreme fetish, public settings, uniforms, masks, ambiguous participants, synthetic media or anything that could be mistaken for a prohibited category. Consent cues in the finished content do not replace private verification and releases. The active country or provider rule may prohibit a category that is lawful elsewhere.

Metadata and communication

Titles, descriptions, tags, profile names, URLs, search terms, comments and messages must accurately describe lawful content. Misspellings, euphemisms, emojis or coded terms used to solicit prohibited content are violations. You may not request a creator to produce prohibited content.

Livestreams

Only approved creators and pre-verified participants may appear. Unannounced participants are prohibited. Streams may be monitored and terminated immediately. Recording and evidence handling follow the Privacy and Safety policies. Tips may not control consent, compel acts, purchase off-platform services or override a participant’s limits.

Enforcement

We may quarantine, reject, remove, demote or demonetise content and restrict accounts. Suspected minors, missing consent, trafficking, coercion or immediate danger trigger immediate blocking and priority escalation. Severe or intentional violations may result in permanent termination without warning. Other decisions may use warnings, education or escalating restrictions. Appeals are available where legally permitted.
