Creator Payout Policy
Conditions for creator balances and payouts when monetisation is enabled.
Effective date: 4 August 2026
Document version: 1.0
This Policy forms part of the Creator Agreement.
Share and ledger
Creators receive 80% and RedPatron retains 20% of qualifying creator revenue, as defined and displayed for the transaction. The ledger separately shows gross customer charge, taxes, provider adjustments, platform share, creator share, refunds, chargebacks, reserve, available balance and paid balance.
Schedule and threshold
Approved creators may select weekly or monthly payout where available. The minimum payable balance is EUR 50 or the supported-currency equivalent. EUR and USD are supported subject to provider and beneficiary-country availability. A schedule is not a guarantee of bank receipt on that date.
Eligibility
Payout requires approved creator status, current identity/KYC or KYB, verified beneficiary ownership, current tax and DAC7 information, sanctions/PEP clearance where required, reconciled provider funds and no fraud, chargeback, safety, consent, legal or provider hold. A change to identity, owner or payout destination triggers re-verification and a security delay.
Providers
Depending on the approved merchant profile, customer receipts may be processed by Segpay or CCBill and creator payouts by the provider-approved Segpay route or Paxum. RedPatron does not treat dashboard balance as a bank deposit or permit transfer between users.
Reserves and adjustments
Provider and risk-based reserves may apply for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, delayed settlement or compliance exposure. The applicable amount/status must be shown in the creator dashboard and may change prospectively following provider or documented risk changes. Because final provider terms are pending, no fixed reserve duration is promised in this version. Holds remain proportionate and are released when the underlying risk or contractual period ends, subject to law.
Refunds, chargebacks, taxes and provider adjustments may reduce pending or future creator amounts. Negative balances are recoverable only under the Creator Agreement and applicable law. We do not mark a failed or returned payout as paid.
Suspension and disputes
Open critical safety, sanctions, tax, beneficiary or reconciliation cases block new payouts without deleting earned-ledger entries. We provide the reason and appeal route where disclosure is lawful. Provider-imposed holds may require provider resolution.
