Notice and action

The /report form accepts exact content location, reason, evidence, reporter contact and good-faith declaration. We acknowledge receipt and communicate a reasoned decision. Notices involving possible minors, consent, trafficking or immediate danger trigger immediate provisional blocking.

Statements of reasons and appeals

Where required, a person affected by removal, reach restriction, demonetisation, suspension or termination receives the facts relied upon, policy or legal ground, scope and duration, automation used and available appeal. Eligible decisions may be submitted in anonymised form to the EU Transparency Database. Internal appeals receive qualified human review. Certified out-of-court settlement remains available where the DSA provides it.

Authority orders and serious offences

Orders are authenticated, jurisdiction-checked, minimised, executed and logged under the Authority Requests & Terrorist Content Procedure at /legal/authority-requests. Authenticated EU terrorist-content removal orders use the dedicated one-hour workflow. Where legally required, known suspicion of an offence threatening life or safety is escalated to the competent authority. We do not disclose information where doing so would unlawfully endanger persons or investigations.

Transparency reporting

RedPatron will publish applicable DSA transparency reports in the required format and retain them for at least five years. Reports include moderation, notices, own-initiative actions, automated tools, internal complaints, outcomes and other legally required metrics. We calculate and publish average monthly active EU recipients at the required interval and monitor platform-size classification.

Recommendations and commercial content

Product interfaces must explain the main recommendation parameters and identify paid placement or commercial communication. Dark patterns and undisclosed sponsored ranking are prohibited.
