Performer Release & Consent Agreement

This agreement must be completed separately by every identifiable person depicted or heard in content. It does not replace identity and age verification. RedPatron must keep the content blocked until the signer has completed independent verification and the release is linked to the exact content or production set.

Performer declarations

The performer declares that they:

1. are at least 18 and legally capable of consenting;
2. participate voluntarily, without force, trafficking, intoxication, deception or abuse of authority;
3. understand the nature of the acts and the intended audience;
4. may stop participation before or during production;
5. have independently reviewed this agreement and may retain a copy;
6. have not been asked to surrender an identity document or payment as a condition of leaving.

Permission granted

Subject to the selections recorded below, the performer consents to recording and to RedPatron hosting, transcoding, moderating, watermarking and making the identified content available to authorised adult users.

No unselected use is authorised. The release does not authorise sale of sexual services, off-platform meetings, sublicensing unrelated to RedPatron, face replacement, materially deceptive editing or a new production.

Compensation and rights

Withdrawal and complaints

The performer may report missing, exceeded, coerced or withdrawn consent through /report or legal@redpatrons.de. A report triggers immediate provisional blocking. Withdrawal does not retroactively make past authorised processing unlawful, but future availability is assessed under the Consent & Co-Performer Policy and applicable law. No retaliation is permitted.
