Terms of Service

These Terms form a contract between you and SC EuroClothing SRL, Strada Primaverii 55, 507190 Sanpetru, Brasov, Romania (“RedPatron”, “we”). By creating an account you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Content Policy.

1. Eligibility and territory

RedPatron is strictly for persons aged 18 or older who can enter a binding contract. You must provide accurate information and comply with the age-assurance method applicable to your location. Google, Apple or other social login is not by itself proof of age. We may refuse or withdraw access where a country, state, provider or risk rule does not permit the service.

2. Accounts and security

You may not share, sell, rent or transfer your account; impersonate another person; evade a suspension; use automated access without permission; scrape content; interfere with security; or use another person’s payment method without authority. Keep credentials secure, use required multi-factor authentication and promptly report compromise. You are responsible for activity you authorised, subject to mandatory law.

3. Platform services

RedPatron enables adult users to follow creators, access free or paid content, subscribe, unlock individual media, download authorised files, send messages and tips, and join livestreams where enabled. Availability varies by creator, territory and compliance status. RedPatron is not a party to private off-platform conduct and does not permit escorting, prostitution, paid physical sexual services or arrangements for in-person sexual activity.

4. Content and conduct

You must comply with the Content Policy. You may not upload, request, purchase, distribute or promote illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, infringing or prohibited material. You must not attempt to obtain or redistribute paid content outside authorised platform functions. Reporting suspected minors, missing consent, trafficking or immediate danger in good faith is protected; knowingly abusive reporting is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

RedPatron software, branding and interface are owned by or licensed to us. Creator content remains owned by its rights holder. Access gives you only a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to view or download content through the authorised feature. It does not grant republication, resale, scraping, recording, circumvention or commercial use.

6. Payments

Before payment we display the product, total price, currency, billing interval, renewal and cancellation information. Payments may be processed by Segpay or CCBill under the checkout shown to you. The anticipated billing descriptor is RedPatron.com, subject to the exact provider-approved descriptor displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Tips are voluntary payments for past or general creator support and may not purchase illegal or off-platform services.

7. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

You may cancel recurring access through account billing or the provider support route. Cancellation stops future renewals but normally preserves access through the paid period. EU withdrawal rights and exceptions for immediately supplied digital content are described in the Refund, Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy. The Model Withdrawal Form is available at /legal/withdrawal-form. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory remedies for unavailable or non-conforming digital content.

8. Moderation and restrictions

We may reject, quarantine, remove, demote, demonetise or restrict content and may suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary for law, safety, provider rules or these Terms. Where legally permitted, we provide the material facts, duration, automation used and appeal route. Critical safety content may be blocked without advance notice. We preserve evidence only where lawful and necessary.

9. Complaints and appeals

Use /report for content complaints and the Appeals Policy for review of a platform decision. We prioritise notices involving minors, missing consent, trafficking, coercion or immediate danger. Copyright notices follow the Copyright Policy.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy and Cookie Policies explain how data is used. Content and moderation activity may reveal information about sexual life or orientation and is handled as sensitive data where applicable. Do not submit another person’s personal data without authority.

11. Availability and changes

We may modify features for security, legal, provider or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted service, but this does not affect mandatory consumer rights. Material adverse Terms changes will be notified in advance and renewed acceptance will be requested where required. Business creators receive the notice, data-access, ranking, restriction, termination and complaint protections described in the Business User Fairness & Transparency Disclosure where applicable.

12. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury where applicable, or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, RedPatron is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, user misconduct or events outside reasonable control. Any contractual cap must not reduce rights granted by mandatory law.

13. Termination

You may close your account subject to active subscriptions, financial reconciliation, legal holds and required retention. Termination ends licences granted to you as a fan. Creator content, balances and records are handled under the Creator Agreement, Payout Policy, Privacy Policy and applicable law.

14. Governing law

Romanian law governs. Courts in Romania have jurisdiction, except that consumers retain any mandatory protections and right to bring proceedings in the courts provided by applicable consumer law.

Consumer complaint and Romanian SAL information is available at /legal/consumer-adr. Platform-business complaints and mediation are governed by /legal/business-users; onboarding remains blocked where legally required mediator appointments have not been completed.

Account states, profile recovery and enforcement (version 2)

Each profile under a shared login is assessed separately. Red, Yellow and Green describe verification capability, while account suspension, creator suspension and payout suspension are independent controls. A formal age review immediately places the affected profile in Red until a decision; Red cannot view adult content, spend or use messaging. A passed viewer-age review remains Yellow. Green is reserved for a fully approved Creator.

A deletion request hides the profile immediately and can be restored for 30 days through the audited recovery process. Each profile receives a fixed five-digit recovery PIN. Fan recovery requires that PIN. Creator recovery requires that PIN plus a matching prior payout reference, amount, date and payout-account last four. Email access, a password or OAuth alone is insufficient. The handle remains protected for one year after final deletion unless authorised staff release it.

Account suspension stops new transactions and relationships. If the affected profile was a Creator, existing paying subscribers may access previously lawful paid content until the prepaid period ends; free access ends immediately. Creator suspension blocks the entire Creator catalogue and all Creator operations, including for existing subscribers. Payout suspension blocks payout only. Illegal content remains unavailable. Mandatory statutory remedies, provider reversals, refunds and chargeback rights remain unaffected. Appeals remain available, including where login is blocked, at support@redpatrons.com.
