Upload Declaration

This declaration must be shown and affirmatively accepted for every upload or live session. No box may be preselected. The publish control remains disabled until every statement is true and automated and human gates have passed.

The uploader confirms that:

• I created the asset or hold all necessary rights and licences.
• Every depicted or audible person has been identified and is at least 18.
• Every participant independently completed RedPatron identity and age verification.
• A valid release is linked to this exact asset or narrowly defined production set.
• The release covers the acts, edits, publication, paid access and downloads selected for this asset.
• Participation and consent were voluntary, informed, specific and not obtained through coercion, trafficking, incapacity or intoxication.
• The asset contains no minor or person presented as a minor, CSAM, incest role-play, bestiality, necrophilia, trafficking, rape or non-consensual depiction, hidden-camera material, doxxing, sexual violence presented as real, illegal extreme content or other material prohibited by the Content Policy.
• Any synthetic, altered, face-swapped or AI-generated element is disclosed and uses only verified adults who expressly authorised that use.
• I have not modified or re-encoded a previously rejected file to evade detection.
• Metadata, participant links, content labels and download settings are accurate.
• I understand that publication is blocked if any scanner, verification or review step fails or is unavailable.

The system records creator ID, asset hash, participant IDs, release IDs, selected uses, policy version, declaration version, timestamp, IP/device security data and moderation outcome. A false declaration may cause removal, account termination, payout holds, provider reporting and lawful authority reporting.
